It’s Sam and I’d like to welcome you to our first ever Fashion Friday!
I don’t know about you, but I’m absolutely obsessed with these beautiful Anne of Green Gables and Emily of New Moon hardcovers. One of things I like the most is the cute floral patterns in the lettering. Those same patterns are also used on the endpapers and they’re gorgeous.
I thought it would be fun to try and find dresses that matched each cover – and somehow, I did! Unfortunately, not all of these lovely dresses are still available for sale, but check out my finds and let me know in the comments which one is your favourite!

You did a great job of matching the dresses and covers. My favourite pair is Anne of Ingleside, well also Emily Climbs.
Wow, what a great idea! I love these dresses. I want them all. and all the books too. I’m sure Anne and Emily would approve. 🙂
WANTTTTT. I love this so much! These are beautiful dresses and books. I’m not sure I could pick a favorite.
So fun! I look forward to more Fashion Fridays!
You did a FANTASTIC job! What fun!! I love them all!!
What a lovely post! You make me want to go out and buy dresses … in the winter! My favourite is the one that matches Anne of Windy Poplars. I like how demure and classic it looks … great for garden parties with ice cream!
Fabulous post!!! So pretty!
Just lovely! I have multiple copies of most of these books already but I am tempted, I really am.
would love to try these beauties on! It was a hard pick. Do I choose with Anne in mind? What’s the occaision, location, time of day? Going with the olive and burgundy strapless because I think I would try that on first!
It is good collection.Thank you for sharing this post.
